Payment Policy
A full prepayment of the total booking amount is required to finalize the reservation. The deposit is not refundable.
Cancellation Policy
No free cancellation is allowed. Full prepayment is needed to proceed with the booking and no refund is available. We offer the option to change the dates and pay the difference if the new booking cost is higher than the one already paid. We also offer the option to change the name of the reservation in case another person will come instead.
